Forward Festival

A five-day celebration of technology, entrepreneurship, innovation and what’s new in the startup scene, Forward Festival has grown to more than forty events. With the pivot to virtual in 2020, attendees tuned in from across the globe and were able to live stream events from the comfort of their home. From promotion, event details, website updates, attendee communications, registration for all events and even planning the custom-brewed beer, Groundwork has managed all aspects of Forward Festival since 2014.

Wisconsin Innovation Awards

Started by a group of entrepreneurs in 2014, the Wisconsin Innovation Awards has grown to a premier awards program highlighting innovation across the state with several events each year. In 2020, this event was streamed virtually with a live announcement of the winners and a special winner’s panel. Groundwork has been with the program since its inception.

Give Back Foundation General Management

As the General Management team for the Give Back Foundation, Groundwork assists a volunteer board in maintaining and building on their relationship with the federal government. This includes overseeing the work done in service of the Combined Federal Campaign, the world’s largest workplace giving program, allowing federal employees to give more than $80 million to charity each year.

Golf to End Alzheimer’s

In partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association and Brookdale Senior Living, Groundwork manages an annual campaign raising over $1,000,000 each year for this important cause. Groundwork’s efforts include communicating with stakeholders, collaborating with leadership of both organizations, and executing flawless events around the country for hundreds of business contacts.
